Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation by email.
This does not constitute the acceptance of your order until it has been dispatched.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping
UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95.
Free UK shipping is available on orders over £80
For bulk purchases or international delivery requests, customers should contact us directly for a tailored shipping quotation.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Returns and Refunds
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery
with supporting photographs and your order details.
Due to hygiene reasons, returns and refunds cannot be accepted once the protective cover, hygiene seal or packaging has been removed, unless the item is faulty.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Refund requests must be submitted within 6 months of the original purchase date, Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
6. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However slight variations in appearance, colour packaging or design may occur.
Products should be used only as intended and in accordance with any care instructions provided.
